This week was my second time attending Salesforce's Sales Cloud Customer Advisory Board, as I had been asked earlier this year to present on my experience with Artificial Intelligence by Isabelle Guis, a VP of Product Marketing for Salesforce Einstein.
and while the trend in the industry is to automate as much marketing and sales data entry as possible,
there seems to be a huge amount of skepticism about how much Salesforce should be capturing data without consent.
Overall though, we discussed trends about aligning Sales and Marketing.
Then, we separated into product focused break out sessions, with one group hearing about High Velocity Sales and sales cloud,
The morning began with introductions, and a glimpse into the product roadmap for Sales Cloud for the next several years *(most of which I can't share ;) ).
