On the eve of the Salesforce NYC World Tour, the NYC Admin Trailblazer Community hosted an event on the 23rd floor of Salesforce Tower in NYC.
The event was moderated by Jene Fuller, who I had met at NYU at an Equality event with the amazing Tony Prophet last year.
The theme was "career connect," a really awesome segment that the Admin community typically do as part of every meeting, they kick off the user group by inviting job hunters to talk for a few minutes about their Salesforce journey, and what type of job they're pursuing in the Salesforce ecosystem. Then, prospective employers are invited up onstage to describe their own current job opportunities.

Three of the speakers were actually members of PepUpTech, one of my favorite organizations in the city, that teaches Salesforce skills to people underserved (by tech) communities.
Tomorrow is going to be nuts... I'm volunteering at 7:45am and I'm busy all day; but it was really nice to connect with old friends on the eve of the World Tour.
